1. Badshahi Masjid, Lahore:

                            The Badshahi Mosque is a Mughal era  masjid in Lahore, Pakistan located along the outskirts of The popular Walled City.

Badshahi Masjid was constructed on the order of the famous Mughal emperor Aurangzaib in 1671.
The mosque is an important example of Mughal Architecture, with an exterior that is decorated with redstone.

2. Wazir Khan Masjid:

                   The Wazir Khan Mosque was constructed in 17th century located in the city of Lahore.Construction of Wazir Khan Mosque began in 1634 C.E, and was completed in 1641 C.E.


The mosque is located in the walled city of Lahore along the southern side of  "Royal Road," which was the traditional route traversed by Mughal nobles on their way to royal residences at the Lahore Fort. This masjid is like a paradise for art lovers.

3. Bagum Shahi Masjid:

                          Bagum Shahi Mosjid is officially called The Mosque of Mariyam Zamani Begum.It is an early 17th-century mosque situated in the walled city of Lahore.

This historical mosque is not well known by common people. The mosque was built between 1611 and 1614 during the reign of Mughal emperor Jahangir in honour of his mother.The mosque features Lahore's first five-bay prayer chamber that would later be typical of all later Mughal mosques such as the Wazir Khan Mosque and Badshahi Mosque.

4. Dai Anga Masjid:

                 Dai Anga Masjid is a mosque situated to southeast of the Lahore Railway station, in the city of Lahore.The Tomb of Dai Anga is known as the "Gulabi Bagh" situated near University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.

 


The mosque is said to have been built in 1635 in honour of the wetnurse of the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan.Dai Anga born as Zeb-un-Nisa, Dai Anga, was well respected in the royal family, and the mosque was said to be commissioned by her.

5.Grand Jamia Masjid:

                             Grand Jamia Masjid Lahore is a mosque located in the famous Bahria Town in Lahore, Pakistan with a capacity of 70,000 worshipers.


It is the third largest mosque in Pakistan and the seventh largest masjid  in the world.Over four million Multani handcrafted mosaic tiles cover the surface area of the mosque.

6.Moti Masjid, Lahore fort:

                           Moti Masjid  is a 17th-century religious place  located inside the Lahore Fort, Lahore, Pakistan.It is a small, white marbal structure built by Mughal Emperor Jahangir and modified by the architects of Shah Jahan. 



It is called Moti as its white marbal shines like a pearl in the light of moon.The mosque is located on the western side of Lahore Fort, closer to Alamgiri Gate, the main entrance.



7. The Shab Bhar Masjid:

                              The Shab Bhar Mosque  is a  mosque in the Shah Almi neighbourhood of Lahore. The mosque is said to have been built overnight, following a dispute between local Hindus and Muslims in 1917.


Under the leadership of a famous  local wrestler named Gama Pahalvan, Muslims volunteers are said to have gathered after the evening Isha Prayer, in order to build the mosque. The mosque reportedly was complete by the morning Fajir Prayer
